At Villa Principe Leopoldo, we invite you to experience an evening dedicated to bollito misto, an authentic expression of Ticinese culinary tradition.
The experience begins with a rich and velvety beef consommé with egg, an intense and enveloping prelude, followed by the true protagonist of the table: bollito misto, a refined selection of slowly simmered meats served according to tradition. To conclude, a delicate Ticinese strawberry grape sorbet, a fresh and harmonious note celebrating the region.
The menu is accompanied by a selection of wines from Cantina Livia Fontana, included in the experience.
