From Christmas Eve, where sea and land meet in harmony with stuffed calamari with puntarelle and burrata, black garlic tagliolini with cardoncelli mushrooms and artichokes, and a delicate sea bass and prawn bouillabaisse, to the sweet finale of Or Noir chocolate semifreddo with Williams pear, each dish becomes a masterpiece of taste and style.
On Christmas Day, the celebration continues with lobster salad with spiced carrot and Champagne foam, soft-yolk cappellacci with Merlottino fondue and black truffle, followed by two exquisite highlights: Glacier 51 cod with artichokes and citrus, and the traditional Ardèche capon – just as the Prince liked it.

On St. Stephen’s Day, the festive spirit softens into a more relaxed yet equally refined experience: crispy tuna tartare with sambal mayonnaise, ricotta gnocchi with duck liver sauce, golden scallops with fennel and lemon, and the magnificent boned venison saddle with quince and red cabbage.
