Chef de Cave Frédéric Panaiotis will accompany us on a journey through the noble bubbles of Maison Ruinart that since 1729, the first winery in Champagne, creates unique perlages delighting the palates of the whole world.
The culinary creations of Dario Ranza elaborated ad hoc from the aperitif to the delicious 6-course menu will accompany all the precious nectars starting with the Ruinart R Brut, to continue with the Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, followed by the fine Dom Ruinart Brut and Rosé ending with the noble Château d'Yquem.
